I’m on a constant quest to find the easiest way to create favicon. Now imagine, if you don’t need any software, no tools to learn, just upload an image, pick the area you want to be in a favicon, then Click there comes you favicon.ico.
That’s a nice image. And this website does just that http://www.genfavicon.com/
